Crews are as selected in July 2009 by the selection committee. Crews may need to be changed if circumstances dictate. Crews are chosen on the basis they are the best rowers available for that crew.

All crew members are expected to attend crew training sessions as organised, as well as ensuring that they maintain a personal fitness programme. Commitment to team spirit is important. Regular training sessions together and supporting each other will produce a good team ethos.
Work for each other to do the best you can.

Crew members unable to attend a particular session should inform their cox and find a replacement rower.
